By accessing or using the application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Posting illegal, harmful, or threatening content
• Violating others' privacy
• Spreading spam or malicious software
• Engaging in behavior that violates our community guidelines

3. Content Policy

You are solely responsible for the content you share. NearbySecrets reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor user-generated content. Content that violates our rules may be removed without notice.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information. You are accountable for all activities that occur under your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify us immediately.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

NearbySecrets may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, along with a lifetime one-time purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your App Store account settings. Lifetime purchases are charged once and do not auto-renew. If you previously purchased eligible access, you can use the Restore Purchases option inside the app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
